Infinix GT 20 Pro launches in the PH: Experience the gaming machine and official MPL tournament phone
The wait is over, XFans! The Infinix GT 20 Pro is officially launching in the Philippines. The ultimate gaming phone is optimized to enhance Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) gameplay thanks to its dual chipset, consisting of the 4nm Dimensity 8200 Ultimate Processor with 24GB RAM and the Pixelworks X5 gaming display chipset, 120 FPS Stable Frame Rate and other high-grade features. All this for just under P16,000.
Infinix’s GT Series has already made waves for its impressive gaming capabilities, especially during the recent Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League Philippines (MPL-PH) Season 13, where pros played matches with the Infinix GT 10 Pro. Infinix has a long-term partnership with MLBB as part of its commitment to support the local eSports scene and help talents around the country, such as MLBB pros and Chief Gaming Officers Kairi and Renejay, unlock their potential in the popular MOBA.
Following the success of the MPL S13 official tournament phone, Infinix continued innovating with the Infinix GT 20 Pro, which is dubbed as a “gaming machine” that can handle even the most intense MLBB games.
Infinix GT 20 Pro: Making a gaming machine
Infinix aimed to create a gaming phone specifically for gaming, enhancing the gameplay experience for MLBB players. The Infinix GT 20 Pro went through three strict rounds of testing conducted by the Infinix GT Gaming Lab to ensure that its hardware and performance meet MLBB’s standards, as well as handle pro players’ daily usage.
Equipped with the 4nm Dimensity 8200 Ultimate Processor with 24GB RAM and the X5 Turbo gaming display chipset, the Infinix GT 20 Pro can significantly enhance gameplay. Its 6.78” 120FPS HD display also guarantees a stable frame rate, so players can respond to enemy attacks immediately. It also showcases MLBB’s environment in HD detail.
To test out the capability of the Infinix GT 20 Pro’s dual chipset, the Infinix GT Gaming Lab had pros play MLBB on the phone for one hour. They discovered that the GT 20 Pro’s average FPS reached above 120 FPS with 18.8ms to 40ms response delay, which is faster than the MLBB standard.
This showed that the gaming phone can quickly register in-game movements, ensuring that players can control their MLBB heroes smoothly and immediately respond to attacks without any lag.
The Infinix GT Gaming Lab also tested the GT 20 Pro’s temperature while playing MLBB. They found that the temperature maintains a safe 42.3 degrees Celsius after playing for a few hours. This is thanks to the phone’s Heat Dissipation feature, which makes sure that the device stays cool even when the matches heat up.
For full immersion in MLBB games, Infinix GT 20 Pro is equipped with eSport Mode, which players can switch on to turn off notifications while they’re in-game, and an immersive JBL Sound System. These features allow players to focus on their MLBB matches without any disruptions.

With the launch of the Infinix GT 20 Pro, they are gearing up for an exciting time showcasing local MLBB talent around the country, especially with MLBB legends Kairi and Renejay as the face of the brand’s gaming machine.
