IG Raid: Ryan Agoncillo Wins Our Hearts with #StoriesForLucho
Ryan Agoncillo is one of those celebrities I have watched since I was a kid. As I grew up, I also witnessed how Ryan builds a life in front and behind the camera. From being an actor in movies like Kasal, Kasali, Kasalo (2006) and Sakal, Sakali, Saklolo (2007), to hosting Talentadong Pinoy (2008) and Eat Bulaga, then as a sports enthusiast, and finally, as a family man.
Ryan Agoncillo uses #StoriesForLucho to include his fans in his journey as a father, a husband, and an artist.
Ryan as THE Ideal Man
Ryan’s #StoriesForLucho started gaining attention when he shared a love-letter-like Instagram post for his wife and fellow actor, Judy Anne Santos.
In his posts, he follows the “How I Met Your Mother” format and leaves life lessons for his son, Lucho. As he added ‘letters’ about and dedicated to his wife, more and more people started to feel the kilig whenever Ryan does this very romantic but simple thing for Judy Anne.
Ugh, men, please take a very careful note!
Dad of (All) the Year(s)
Aside from the love letters under the hashtag, Ryan unknowingly proves that he is also one of the best dads out there. In every #StoriesForLucho, my favorite would usually include the ones where he features his family.
Despite being a famous celebrity, Ryan provides us with a more mundane perspective on his life by uploading pictures or videos of his children.
Some shots are of Ate Yohan’s candids while participating in her online classes, of Kuya Lucho and his interests in soccer and cycling, and of course, youngest Luna’s cutest antics.
Ryan in His Photographer/Cyclist Era
Under #StoriesForLucho, Ryan reminds his son (and I would like to believe his fans, as well) of the importance of these two things: talent and passion. On his account, he would share stories of when he would go cycling.
Oftentimes, he would also show us how he sees the world by sharing his talent in photography.
As I have observed among his posts, Ryan’s talent is photography, while cycling is his passion.
Whatever content it is that Ryan includes in #StoriesForLucho, I am pretty certain that he will still melt our hearts, no matter what. So sis, make sure that you follow him on Instagram and wait with me as he uploads another entry to this very charming and wholesome hashtag!
Aside from being a self-proclaimed caffeine-dependent person, Franchesca believes that she is a writer too. Because of her desire to escape mundanity, most of her time is spent in her bed watching TV series or her nose in a book. Additionally, she can be found wandering the streets, museums, and theaters of Manila. When asked about her philosophy in life, she will answer, “God is a woman, and my lola is the proof!”
