Film Concerts PH is bringing the magic of dragons, Vikings, and symphonic music to Manila this holiday season with How to Train Your Dragon In Concert, soaring into The Theatre at Solaire on December 13 and 14, 2025.
In celebration of its 15th anniversary, the beloved DreamWorks animated film will be projected on the big screen while John Powell’s Academy Award®-nominated score is performed live by the 83-member Filharmonika Orchestra led by one of Thailand’s leading young conductors, Thanapol Setabrahmana of the Thailand Philharmonic Orchestra.
A winner with audiences and critics alike, DreamWorks’ How to Train Your Dragon is a captivating and original story that combines humor, fire-breathing action, and epic adventure!
Hiccup is a young Viking who defies tradition when he befriends one of his deadliest foes – a ferocious dragon he calls Toothless. Together, these unlikely heroes must fight against all odds to save both their worlds. So, with a full symphony orchestra bringing the music to life, audiences will rediscover this animated classic in a one-of-a-kind concert experience.
