Epson Opens Cebu Office, Strengthening Presence in Visayas
Epson Philippines Corporation (EPC) officially inaugurated its newest Cebu office located at the Skyrise Beta Building, Samar Loop, Cebu Business Park, Cebu City. The ceremonial opening gathered company executives, government leaders, and business partners in a program that celebrated Epson’s continued growth and commitment to serving customers in the Visayas region.
The event began with an office blessing, followed by a ribbon-cutting ceremony led by Epson executives alongside distinguished local government officials. Among the guests of honor was City Councilor Nice Archival, who expressed her support for Epson’s expanded presence in the region.
Innovation and Sustainability
EPC President and Director Masako Kusama delivered an inspirational message highlighting Epson’s vision for innovation, sustainability, and strengthened service coverage in the region. She emphasized the importance of Cebu as a thriving business hub and a strategic location for Epson’s continued market growth.
“This new Cebu office symbolizes Epson’s dedication to staying closer to our customers, partners, and communities,” Kusama said. “We look forward to deepening our relationships in the Visayas and contributing to the region’s economic and technological progress.”
Following her message, Kusama led the toast ceremony, marking the official opening of the Cebu office.

A key feature of the Cebu office is its Solution Center, designed to showcase Epson’s wide range of corporate solutions, allowing clients and partners to experience the company’s innovative technologies firsthand. The office also includes flexible spaces that can accommodate small events, demonstrations, and future training sessions, enabling Epson to hold more interactive and localized engagements for its Visayas customers.
Moreover, strategically located within the Cebu Business Park, the new office will accommodate Epson’s operations in the region, enhance customer support, and foster stronger collaboration with local partners. The expansion also forms part of Epson’s mission to bring innovative, energy-efficient technologies to more Filipino homes and businesses.
