Emirates Expands Manila Services with Four Additional Weekly Flights Starting April

Emirates is reinforcing its long-standing commitment to the Philippines with the introduction of four additional weekly flights between Dubai and Manila beginning April 2. The expansion forms part of the airline’s broader growth strategy in Southeast Asia and is set to enhance connectivity for both passengers and cargo across its global network.

The new services will operate every Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Emirates flight EK330 will depart Dubai at 12:45 PM and arrive in Manila at 1:25 AM the following day, while the return flight EK331 will leave Manila at 3:25 AM and arrive in Dubai at 8:25 AM, all times local. With these added frequencies, Emirates will increase its Philippine operations from 28 to 32 weekly flights.

All flights, operated using the Boeing 777-300ER, offers eight private First Class suites, 42 lie-flat Business Class seats, and 304 spacious Economy Class seats. The increased capacity provides greater flexibility for corporate travelers, marine customers, and the large Filipino diaspora traveling to and from key markets across the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and the Americas.

Enhanced Connectivity for Passengers and Cargo

The expanded schedule improves connections to major global destinations including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Italy, Spain, the United States, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Turkey, Portugal, and South Africa. Travelers will also benefit from shorter connection times to Canada, the United States, and late-morning European departures such as Milan, London, Budapest, and Athens via Dubai.

Passengers flying to and from Manila can expect Emirates’ signature service across all cabin classes, featuring regionally inspired cuisine, complimentary beverages, and the award-winning ice inflight entertainment system. With over 6,500 channels of on-demand content in more than 40 languages—including Tagalog—ice ensures an engaging travel experience for all.

Beyond passenger travel, the additional flights significantly boost cargo capacity. Each Boeing 777-300ER can carry up to 20 tonnes of cargo, supporting increased trade flows between the Philippines, Dubai, Europe, the United States, and the Indian subcontinent. This expansion aligns with the recently signed Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA) between the UAE and the Philippines, positioning Emirates as a key enabler of growing bilateral trade.

Emirates’ Philippine presence dates back to 1990 and has steadily expanded to include services to Cebu and Clark. Complemented by its partnership with Philippine Airlines, which offers seamless connections to multiple domestic destinations, the airline continues to strengthen its role as a vital link between the Philippines and the world.
