Realme 7 series and Buds Q are now official!

realme is undeniably one of the fastest-growing brands of smartphone and tech accessories here worldwide. Highlights of realme 7

Between the two smartphones, realme 7 is the more affordable one. Its splash-proof body has 3D curved glass-like panel. Its back has a gradient finish in Mist White and Mist Blue. This device is similar to its predecessor since it has a 6.5-inch LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate. The screen features a 120Hz touch sampling rate, FHD+ 20:9 screen, and 90.5 percent screen-to-body ratio.

Inside, it is the first to equip the 12nm Helio G95 SoC, the upgrade of the G90T. Realme pairs this processor is with either 6GB or 8GB RAM. For storage, it either has a 64GB or 128GB that is expandable up to 128GB via microSD slot. Aside from that, realme 7 is powered a larger 5,000mAh battery which is a huge upgrade from the 4,300mAh of realme 6. The device has a USB-C 30W Dart Charger that can fully charge the phone from 0 to 100 percent in just 65 minutes.

As for its cameras, the realme 7 utilizes a quad-camera system with a 64MP Sony IMX682 as main. In addition to that, it has an 8MP ultra-wide, 2MP macro, and 2MP depth sensors. For selfie, you can use the 16MP camera in front. Lastly, the device sports a side-mounted fingerprint reader and a 3.5mm earphone jack.

On the other hand, the Pro version of the realme 7 has a distinct physical design. The textured back comes in Blue Mirror and Mirror Silver gradient that is quite reflective. A bigger camera hump is also noticeable.

Next, the device boasts a 6.4-inch 60Hz AMOLED display. It’s an upgrade from the 90Hz 6.6-inch LCD on the realme 6 Pro. Because it uses AMOLED, realme 7 Pro has an in-Display fingerprint reader and an Always On Display mode. realme decided to switch from this screen because of the customers’ preference.

Under the hood, the latest smartphone features a much powerful 8nm Snapdragon 720G chipset. realme couples this up to 8GB RAM, 128GB expandable storage through a microSD slot. It has a 4,500mAh battery with USB-C 65W fast charging. With this technology, it can charge the phone from 0 to 100 percent in 34 minutes.

Meanwhile, the realme 7 Pro boasts a newer 64MP Sony IMX682 with an 8MP ultra-wide, 2MP macro, and a 2MP depth cameras. However, it lacks a 12MP telephoto sensor from the 6 Pro.

In front, the handset sports a single 32MP front camera with f/2.5 aperture, UIS, Nightscape, and Ultra High-Resolution modes. realme also includes a stereo speaker setup, 3.5mm audio jack, Dolby Atmos audio, NavIC, and dual-frequency GPS.

The new 7 and 7 Pro both run with Android 10 OS with realme UI skin.

Buds Q: Another realme TWS with capable specs

As for the realme Buds Q, the brand had a collaboration with French Designer Josy Levy for its design. These earbuds are created to fit the palm and ear canal. It sports an IPX4 water resistance. You can control it by tapping for calls, music, and Google Assistant.

In addition to these features, Buds Q has 10mm bass booster drivers with a wide sound field. realme pairs it with DBB dynamic bass enhancement program to achieve the best sound quality and experience. For gaming, it features a 119ms low-latency gaming mode.

Finally, the Buds Q has a sensor that detects if you are wearing it which automatically pauses the audio when the headset is removed. Once you open the charging case, the Buds Q will automatically connect to your paired device.

Also, this TWS has a 20-hour battery life with the case and 4 to 5 hours of continuous usage in a single charge. The Buds Q  connects via Bluetooth 5.0 with AAC codec.
