VP/Spotlight | CLOUD 7: Seven Boys, One Dream, Infinite Potential
It seems like the weather is clear, and that’s because CLOUD 7 is finally here! This new boy group has finally come out of their shelves and ready to take on the colorful world of PPOP music. These seven talented teenage boys are set to make waves in the music industry with their energetic performances and heartfelt messages.
Truly, music has never failed to amaze us. Aside from being a source of happiness, it served as a fuel for these teens to strive for their aspirations. Let’s take a closer look at their dreams, journey, and influences.
The Sky’s the limit!
CLOUD 7 came together like a cloud field above, each member a unique and essential part of a sky symphony. Before joining the group, members were already fond of music, having their hobbies of singing and dancing. Before landing to seven, the project had a pool of 21 trainees who had undergone immense training. In the end, the stars have aligned and these seven boys were meant to perform as one.
The group came together through various deliberations and auditions, we went through training which defined and shaped our characters and skill sets to who we are today.

The decision on the group name was a collective effort, reflecting their unity and shared vision. Just as different cloud formations can create stunning unique patterns. Ultimately, they chose a name that embodies their spirit and the uplifting message they want to convey to their audience. Much like the beauty of a clear sky after a storm.
Cloud of Inspirations
As hardocre fans of music themselves, CLOUD 7 drew inspirations from different KPOP groups and fellow PPOP groups as well. They shared that they look up to BTS for their hard work and groundbreaking performances.
On the other hand, they showed love and appreciation towards BINI, SB19, and HORI7ON for bringing the PPOP movement to the forefront of OPM. Furthermore, these groups appeal to the public motivates CLOUD 7 to improve themselves through continuous training.
This means the world to me. Being part of the PPOP is a dream come true for me. It’s not just about music, it’s also about connecting with other PPOP groups who share the same passion and energy. Being able to connect with our idols is incredibly fulfilling. It’s a journey of growth, learning, and excitement, where every step brings us closer to our goals.

Following these inspirations, they come to realize what they are here for, to strive to be a source of good vibes and light energy for fans. On top of that, CLOUD 7 aims to make a huge impact and bring more pride to OPM like their seniors did.
No other than being more artistic and passionate about our crafts and most of all, continuing to influence the young generation through our music and make waves to the world as a proud Filipino artist.

Reaching for the stars
One of the most remarkable qualities of these boys is their ability to juggle school, social life, and their rising music career. Handling these demanding aspects of life simultaneously is a challenge, but they tackle it with a level of dedication and maturity that is truly inspiring.
I manage my career and education with hard work and determination. While I value studying, I really enjoy performing. I have supportive friends at school who help me keep up, so I can focus on work without feeling overwhelmed. Good time management is crucial for balancing everything.

Preparation for their debut involved intensive workshops and a continuous effort to learn and improve their performances. They embrace the challenges of debuting in the competitive PPOP industry; enjoying the process and hoping for the best.
Despite facing tight schedules, training demands, song composition, and choreography memorization, the members of CLOUD 7 support each other through the highs and lows, strengthening their bond as brothers.
This experience molds them into well-rounded group who are not only talented performers but also disciplined. These sacrifices undoubtedly prepare them for the huge success that awaits them. Their current achievements are just the beginning; setting the stage for their emergence as bright stars in the near future. A testament to their potential, hinting the incredible impact they are poised to make in the music industry and beyond.
My goals for the group in the next few years is of course being a solid team than what we are now and to grow more and make more people proud and inspired.

Chasing the Sun
Moving forward, CLOUD 7 has released their first single, “Tara Na”. A song reflecting their journey and dreams. The lyrics speak about overcoming obstacles, believing in oneself, and the power of unity. An anthem of hope and determination. Inviting listeners to pursue their dreams despite the challenges they may face.
The melody and choreography are designed to evoke a sense of strength and celebration, mirroring the message of the song. Captured in the motto: “Join us” or “Tara na, let’s do it together to fulfill our dreams!”
Tara Na is our debut song. A song to inspire other people to become a dreamer. We want them to dream higher and reach their goals. As the youngest PPOP boy group we want to show people that we youngsters can be successful by showcasing our talents as a group.

Furthermore, through their music and dance, they aim to convey messages of hope and positivity. They want their Rainbows to feel inspired to chase their dreams and believe in their potential. Moreover, their performances are designed to celebrate diversity, unity, and the power of community. They strive to create a positive impact and leave a lasting impression on their fans.
I am very grateful for being a part of PPOP and inspiring the youth to become like us and putting smiles on everyone’s faces. The support from Rainbows from the start was very genuine. They are the ones who believed in us first, next to our parents, and managers.

As calm as the Clouds
With a calm demeanor as serene as the clouds, these young boys are on a mission to offer comfort and joy during tough times. The significant support they’ve received from fans early in their career underscores the infinite potential they possess. For them, their Rainbows are their strength.
The support from our fans is incredibly heartwarming and motivating. Even as we’re just starting, their encouragement and enthusiasm give us the energy to keep pushing forward. We feel a deep sense of gratitude and responsibility to make them proud. Their belief in us reinforces our commitment to our craft and fuels our passion for performing.
