Angeline Quinto reveals having a non-showbiz boyfriend
Angeline Quinto divulged how she has a boyfriend outside show business.
In the vlog of ABS-CBN broadcast journalist Karen Davila, the singer spoke up about her new relationship.
Moreover, she said the man is a few years younger than her.
According to Angeline, she met him in Sampaloc, Manila through the boyfriend of one of her friends last 2020.
She recalled,
“‘Yong boyfriend ng kaibigan ko, ‘yon ang kaibigan niya. One time, nagkayayaan lumabas. Doon kami first time na nagkita, hanggang sa nagtuloy-tuloy.”
Angeline explained how she entered into a relationship with someone non-showbiz to keep her love life away from the public.
“Parang gusto ko na mas private lang, kasi siyempre ‘yong trabaho natin, masyado nang alam ng publiko.”
However, the Kapamilya star did not mention the name of her non-showbiz boyfriend, yet she called him her true love.
Also, Angeline got pressed on her relationship with singer Erik Santos, clarifying that they are just friends.
She explained how both attempted to try being a couple, yet it did not simply work.
“Ginawa namin ‘yon, kaya lang para kaming natatawa sa isa’t isa. Kaya sabi ko ‘Pogs, ‘wag nating pilitin. Talagang magkaibigan lang tayo.’ Kasi minsan magiging sweet kami tapos matatawa na lang kami. May mga ganun.”
Furthermore, she added,
“Ang maganda sa’min ni Erik, sa sobra naming malapit na magkaibigan, lahat ng nangyayari sa buhay pag-ibig niya, alam ko.”
