Philippine Reveluvs are still over the moon with the recent Red Velvet Concert held in Mall of Asia Arena last May 07, 2023. This is the second time the group performed in the country and we love them to visit us one more time to enjoy their live uniquely captivating music. Another gem was released in 2019 as the album ‘The Reve:Finale’ entered the music scene. All the songs in the album are undeniably great but both reveluvs and non-reveluvs admit that ‘Milkshake’ is a spotlight stealer. Listeners are captivated by its distinct rhythm and find themselves on loop with the song. The voice dynamics of Red Velvet was highlighted in the song by starting with soft and high-pitched voice then transitioned to upbeat rap verses. The song ended with a low and enticing beat that matched the  vocals.

Body Talk

Unlike Red Velvet’s signature songs with cute and attention-grabbing beats, ‘Body talk’ from 2017 album ‘Rookie’ is a R&B pop song. The sad but realistic  message of the song about a broken relationship touched the heart of its listeners . This made it one of the most like b-side of the group. The song gives a different vibes compared to other tracks of the same album

Bamboleo

The Reve Festival 2022 Album feels rewarding to listen. Fans claim that they have found precious pieces from b-side tracks. Bamboleo is a retro dance pop song coupled to electric guitars creating catchy but still dreamy bass. The song will either make you dance or sing, or why don’t we do both to this song of Red Velvet?

Day 1

If you are in a bad mood, listen to one of the most fan favorite b-sides, ‘Day 1’. This can be found in the 2015 album ‘The Red’. The fans collectively agreed that this song of Red Velvet can pass as an opening track of an anime. They wish that the group release a Japanese version of the song.
