Bea Alonzo graces Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho; shows off her farm life

Newest Kapuso Bea Alonzo dreamed to be featured in the magazine show Kapuso Mo Jessica Soho (KMJS). Jessica Soho was given an exclusive tour of Bea’s family’s 16-hectare ‘Beati Firma‘ Zambales farm.

Bea Alonzo shows off her farm life

The Kapuso actress drove the host of Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho around in a golf cart in an exclusive video posted on Tuesday. Bea clarified that her mother owns the farm. Moreover, Bea said that the farm was a retirement gift to her mother, who also intended for it to serve as a provincial home.

“So, I went back to Zambales to be interviewed by no other than Ms. Jessica Soho.🙌🏻 I gave her a tour of our farm at nagluto pa kami ng dinengdeng gamit ang mga gulay na galing sa aming farm.”

Furthermore, Bea said that people ask them to open the farm in the public. However, due to the pandemic they can’t.  Aside from mango trees, they also have mahogany. Then, she said that they make money from selling cows, and her mother will try quail farming.

Bea and Jessica cook and eat provincial foods

KMJS host taught Bea how to make the Ilocano cuisine Dinengdeng. In the video, Jessica adds ampalaya and she said that an Ilokano dish is not complete without a little bitterness. She also added that the bitterness will leave a sweet aftertaste.

Also, they pick fresh mangoes from the farm. They eat green mangoes with bagoong. After that, Bea said that they will be making mango jam. Jessica also said that she brought Bea bottles of blueberry and pineapple-orange jams that she made herself.

When Bea turned 30 years old she became health-conscious

In the video, Bea said that she gained 20lbs during the pandemic. Due to what happened to her mom, Bea becomes a little health-conscious as she doesn’t want it to happen to her. Bea also said that she is always a good daughter as she has seen the hard work and sacrifices of her mom.

After over two decades with ABS-CBN, Bea signed a contract with GMA Network on July 1.
