KathNiel receives the VP Choice Award for TV Icons of the Decade

VP Choice Awards 2020 has come with JV Cruz and Joy Barcoma hosting the Livestream event. This year’s edition features – KathNiel – Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla‘s big-time win. Presented on March 6, 2021, VPCA highlighted the finest – the prime and supreme – in the Travel, Lifestyle, Technology, and Entertainment industries. Village Pipol determined the winners through a voting system.

This includes 25% from online votes, 25% from Facebook shares, 30% from the editorial team, and 20% from a panel of judges. This year’s panel of judges consists of creative and fashion personalities, business people, and entertainment executives. This includes entrepreneur Arlene Garcia – de Leon. Marketing expert Inyi Yruma. Director-slash-choreographer Juan Paulo Infante. Fashion designer Jhay Layson. And, creative director for a magazine under an Emmy-winning media company Allen Esteban.

The editorial team behind Village Pipol decided to recognize the actors and actresses that shown unwavering dedication to their craft throughout the years. Nominated separately, Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla coincidentally received the TV Female Icon and TV Male Icon of the Decade respectively. With that said, Kathryn and Daniel sent a video expressing their gratitude for the award.
