Ingredients needed are:

  • 2 packs of instant noodles
  • chopped cabbage
  • thin-sliced carrots
  • 2 eggs
  • cornstarch and water mixture
  • 2 cups of water
  • onion
  • garlic
  • fish sauce

Procedure:

  1. Fry garlic, onion, and carrots in oil.
  2. Add two cups of water and bring to a boil. While boiling, pour the instant noodle seasonings and some fish sauce. Mix.
  3. Add the instant noodles. When cooked, add the two beaten eggs and mix them with the noodles.
  4. Add the chopped cabbage and cornstarch mixture. Mix everything until the sauce thickens.

  • 1 pack of instant pancit canton
  • chopped spring onions
  • 2 eggs
  • oil

Procedure:

  1. Cook the noodles. Drain it and set it aside.
  2. Beat the eggs together with spring onions and noodle seasoning.
  3. Mix noodles with the egg mixture.
  4. In preheated oil, fry the mixture in batches.

The recipe is similar to other omelette recipes, but, for sure, it is another amazing way to enjoy our favorite instant food.

3. CREAMY N’ CHEESY RAMEN

The additional ingredients are pretty simple. But if you don’t have it, you can easily run to the nearest store and buy it. The ingredients needed are:

  • 1 pack Korean variant instant ramen
  • 200 ml water
  • 150 ml whole milk
  • 1 sliced cheese
  • green onions

Procedure:

  1. In boiling water, add the uncooked noodles and milk.
  2. When the noodles are half-cooked, pour the seasoning packet.
  3. Turn off the heat when it is fully cooked. You can now add the green onions and sliced cheese on top.
