‘The Marvels’ teaser poster released
Marvel Studios on Saturday bared the teaser poster for the upcoming film The Marvels, fueling the viewers’s anticipation.
Apart from the poster, the leading production company announced the new schedule of the movie’s premiere. Contrary to the initial reveal, The Marvels will be coming out in November 2023. This is four months later in comparison to its earlier timetable.
Instead, another project will occupy the vacated spot. Particularly, Haunted Mansion will be shown in cinemas this July. The film starring Jamie Lee Curtis, Owen Wilson, Jared Leto, and Winona Ryder, was supposedly slated for August.
According to a PhilStar report, it’s not uncommon for the studio to release some of its biggest projects in November. In fact, Thor: The Dark World, Doctor Strange, Thor: Ragnarok, Eternals, and Black Panther: Wakanda Forever all premiered that month.
All about The Marvels
The Marvels is a followup to the 2019 movie Captain Marvel, headlining American actress Brie Larson in the titular role. The plot centers on an extraterrestrial warrior who will try to win an intergalactic battle while discovering her past and powers.
For the sequel, the Avenger hero will have involvement with Teyonah Parris or Monica Rambeau in WandaVision. She will also interact with Iman Vellani’s Kamala Khan from the television miniseries Ms. Marvel.
As of writing, the teaser poster for The Marvels garnered over 100,000 combined engagements on Facebook alone. Several fans expressed their excitement for the release.
This November, also coming out in cinemas are Dune Part Two, Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes, and Trolls 3.
