Vogue, an American monthly fashion and lifestyle magazine, arrived in the country on Monday, August 29. At the Vogue Philippines launch at Shangri-La The Fort in Manila, some of our well-loved beauty queens in the country were in attendance. Let’s take a look at their standout outfits.
