The organization made the announcement through a social media post on May 30. As one of the newest national pageants in the country, Miss CosmoWorld Philippines 2023 is truly an exciting edition.

Miss CosmoWorld Philippines opens 2023 applications
For its set of qualifications, Miss CosmoWorld Philippines is looking for candidates that possess the following:
- Natural-born female
- Never been married nor borne a child
- A Filipino citizen with an age ranging from 18 to 27 years old
- Must be at least a High School Graduate, and
- No height requirement is needed.

The winner of Miss CosmoWorld Philippines 2023 will succeed reigning queen Meiji Cruz and will have big shoes to fill. She will fight for a back-to-back win at Miss CosmoWorld 2023 and will aim to bring home the country its second consecutive crown.
