Lee Jong Suk, YoonA star in the upcoming drama “Big Mouse”
Lee Jong Suk and Im YoonA to star in the upcoming MBC drama, “Big Mouse” also known as Big Mouth. It is a legal drama confirmed to premiere this July 29, 2022, on MBC TV and Disney+ in selected regions. It will air every Friday and Saturday at 9:50 pm KST (10:50 pm Philippine Time).
This drama was previously reported to be a tvN drama, however, they changed their broadcasting station to MBC. On June 22, 2022, MBC released two main posters for the drama.
The Sypnosis of “Big Mouse”
Lee Jong Suk will portray the character of Park Chang Ho, an unskilled lawyer with only ten percent winning rate of cases he handled. Because him being an unskilled lawyer, he struggles to get clients. His colleagues call him “Big Mouth” because he is a talkative person. He also has a tendency to speak before taking action.
Then, Chang Ho happens to get caught up in a murder case and becomes the genius swindler known as “Big Mouse”. Due to this, Park Chang-Ho finds himself in a life-threatening situation. In order to protect his family, he needs to expose the secrets of the privileged upper class.
While, Im YoonA is Go Mi Ho, Chang Ho’s wife who works as a nurse. She helped her husband to be a lawyer and now helps her husband get out of being falsely accused and take revenge.
The director for this drama is Oh Choong Hwan who also directed ‘Hotel Del Luna’, ‘Startup’, and ‘While You Were Sleeping’.
Lee Jong Suk’s small screen comeback
This drama will be the first small-screen drama series for Lee Jong Suk since 2019. His last drama was Romance is a Bonus Book in 2019 before his military enlistment. He was discharged in January 2021 and worked for the film The Witch 2
“Big Mouse” will be his comeback on the small screen.
