Francine Diaz stars in iWantTFC’s new series “BOLA-BOLA”
iWantTFC unveils the full trailer for their new original series ‘Bola-Bola’, starring new-gen stars Francine Diaz, KD Estrada, Akira Morishita, and Ashton Salvador.
In this series, Diaz portrays a ‘foodie’ girl who faces humiliation because of her body figure. Supported by her family and peers, she decides to find out what ‘self-love’ means.
This is one of Francine’s projects outside the KyCine tandem, as she explores on-screen chemistry with KD, Akira, and Ashton.
‘Bola Bola’ marks as KD’s first leading role. The ex-PBB housemate will star in another iWantTFC series ‘Run To Me’ with his partner and other half of the KDLex loveteam, Alexa Ilacad.
Meanwhile, Akira is a talent signed under Star Magic and a current member of the P-Pop boy group BGYO. He made his first on-screen appearance on the 2014 indie film ‘Sundalong Kanin’.
Lastly, Ashton Salvador is a celebrity newcomer and the first teen housemate of Pinoy Big Brother Kumunity Season 10 Teen Edition. He is a maternal cousin of Daniel Padilla.
Thrilled to witness the chemistry of Francine and the three leading men, the fans are speculating who will be the ‘endgame’.
In the trailer, Diaz narrated “We are all capable of amazing transformations, kailangan mo lang trabahuhin. And that’s what I did, darating lang naman ang taong para sa’yo kapag natutunan mo nang mahalin sarili mo.”
While it’s true that self-love is not an easy process, conforming to beauty standards to gain confidence about body image is not the way to attain it. Because self-love is about embracing your identity and living life to the fullest doing what is best for you.
The series will premiere on iWantTFC on March 26.
