The candidates for Binibining Pilipinas 2023 exhibit an abundance of skills and star quality as they participate at this year’s Talent Competition. Taking place on March 29 at the New Frontier Theater in Araneta City, the show highlights the best of Filipino talent, culture, and supremacy of Filipina beauty.

A total of 28 candidates showcased their talent while charming the hearts of both the judges and the audience. Hoping to win the special award of ‘Best in Talent’, here’s a quick recap of all the performances.

Juvel Cyrene Bea, Binibini 1 moves her body to the beat of “Tala” by Sarah Geronimo. Elaiza Dee Alzona, Binibini 2 soulfully sings “Diamonds” by Rihanna.
Lyra Punsalan, Binibini 3 displays her skills in playing the kulintang, a traditional musical instrument. Paulina Labayo, Binibini 4 performs a jazz and ballet solo to the tune of Mamma Mia.
Gianna Llanes, Binibini 5 captivates the audience with her flute rendition of Binibini by Zack Tabudlo. Angelica Lopez, Binibini 6 sings and dance to the song “This is Me” from the musical The Greatest Showman.
Allhia Estores, Binibini 7 presents her interpretation of Sinakiki, a folk dance from Albay. Babyerna Liong, Binibini 9 showed some sass and attitude in her sexy dance hip-hop number.
Rasha Cortez Al Enzi, Binibini 10 sang to the tune of “Rolling in the Deep” by Adele. Jessilen Salvador, Binibini 15 kept the fire going with her performance of “Iyong Iyo” by Zack Tabudlo.
Atasha Reign Parani, Binibini 16 rocks the stage with a concert-worthy singing and hip-hop dance performance. Tracy Lois Bedua, Binibini 17 changed the rhythm of the competition with her display of Anyo to the tune of “Laban Pa” by KZ Tandingan.
Julianne Rose Reyes, Binibini 20 oozes with sexiness and fervor in her hip-hop dance. Paola Allison B Araño, Binibini 21 demonstartes her skillful rap to the tune of “Sirena” by Gloc 9.

Anje Mae Manipol, Binibini 22 portrays a cultural dance from various festival songs. Zoe Bernardo Santiago, Binibini 23 heats up the stage with Salsa.
Anna Valencia Lakrini, Binibini 24 shows her steps of the Oasioas, a traditional folkdance. Zeah Nestle Pala, Binibini 27 displays her dance sport skill of samba.
Katrina Mae Sese, Binibini 28 serenades the audiences with her rendition of “Love Me for What I am” by The Carpenters. April Angelu Barro, Binibini 31 shares her poetic prowess through her spoken poetry – A Descendant of Bai Lawanen accompanied by the traditional score of a kulintang and babakan.
Sharmaine Magdasoc, Binibini 32 surprises the crowd with her majorette prowess backed up by a marching band. Katrina Anne Jhonson, Binibini 33 paints an inspirational image.
Joy Dacoron, Binibini 34 shakes the theater with her rock and roll dance. Sofia Lopez Galve, Binibini 35 raises the bar with her interpretation of “Good Girl” by Christina Aguilera.
Mary Chiles Balana, Binibini 36 belts the song “I Dreamed a Dream” from the musical Les Miserables. Pia Isabel Duloguin, Binibini 37 enchants the audiences with the Dumendingan dance, a cultural celebration dance among the Subanen Zamboanga Peninsula.
Lea Macapagal, Binibini 38 gave her rendition of “Material Girl” by Madonna. Candy Marilyn Vollinger, Binibini 40 concludes the competition with an astounding display of her aerial hoop skills and silk dance.

Besides from the talent competition, the event also included the annual JAG Fashion show as well as a special performance from PPOP girl group G22.

Present the event were the reigning Binibining Pilipinas 2022 Queens. Also serving as hosts, these includes Gabrielle Basiano, Chelsea Fernandez, Roberta Tamondong, and Stacey Gabriel.
As one of the pageant’s pre-pageant activities, the winner of the Best in Talent will be revealed during the finals. Binibining Pilipinas 2023 will crown its newest sets of queens on May 28 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.
