Billy Crawford is definitely off to a good start in Danse avec les Stars

Billy Crawford and his dance partner Fauve Hautot received four buzzes from the judges. They danced to Harry Styles’ Watermelon Sugar. This also allowed the pair to be qualified for the next round. He, then, sat on the stage in complete surprise by the results.

Wife and actress Coleen felt so proud of her husband that she had to share the standing ovation on her Instagram account. Aside from the judges, fellow competitors also cheered for Billy Crawford and Fauve’s performance.

Watching his performance, Billy Crawford truly deserved the standing ovation.

It should be remembered that Billy Crawford when he was only three years old, the actor was discovered while dancing at the top of a bowling alley. He, then, became part of an afternoon show called That’s Entertainment. At the time, he was credited under the name Billy Joe. However, he later changed it to Billy Crawford. In 2002, he was awarded the NRJ Music Awards as the Best Newcomer of the Year. Then, in 2003, he won Best Male International Artist at the NRJ Music Awards in Cannes, France.

In 2005, Billy Crawford even starred in Dominion: A Prequel to the Exorcist. He portrayed the role of Cheche, a physically-handicapped boy that the locals had shunned and abused. Then, he starts to recover from his disabilities once the demon possesses him, ultimately achieving physical perfection before authorities exorcised the demon. He starred alongside Stellan Skarsgård as Father Lankester Merrin, the half-Dutch and half-English parish priest that exorcised the demon.

Congratulations, Billy! We are so proud of you!
