Kapuso stars David Licauco and Barbie Forteza of the pambansang love team BarDa are flying to South Korea for an oncoming project.

The news of BarDa’s trip to South Korea was confirmed by showbiz journalist Lhar Santiago on a Thursday broadcast episode of 24 Oras. According to the report, Barbie and David will travel to the country where the Hallyu phenomenon originated to shoot a film.

In particular, the two are working on a romantic-comedy movie titled That Kind of Love. While the plot remains a surprise until now, Barbie said the offering would bring love to the audience.

Meanwhile, David previously expressed excitement about his role, citing that it will showcase his other side as an actor. “Halos lahat ng shows ko lahat ng mga characters ko mostly mayaman. [But] this time [is] different. So, it’s something to look forward to,” he said.
