Axel Torres shades ex-girlfriend AJ Raval on Instagram
It was not long since the controversial issue with Kylie Padilla and Aljur Abrenica broke the Internet. Also, the split of couple Axel Torres and AJ Raval has been reported, as well.
Due to this, it is quite controversial that AJ Raval herself confirmed that she’s being courted by Aljur Abrenica.
Axel’s speculations confirmed?
On October 7, Axel posted a photo of himself on Instagram, clearly throwing shade at his ex-girlfriend AJ. Netizens may surmise that this is because of the confirmation of the budding romantic connection AJ has with Aljur.
His post read,
“Right now, i’m standing here with nobody to love and my ex is probably out having fun, hooking up 😅 with the person that she told me not to worry about 🤡 but it’s alright”
Axel’s post insinuates that he has been skeptical about the relationship between AJ and Aljur. He also implies that he has been assured by his ex-girlfriend about it, but it obviously ended the way it did.
However, we’re not sure about the story behind this.
The reason why AJ and Axel broke up
Looking back, when Axel and AJ broke up months ago, the actress explained that it is due to many reasons. However, a specific problem she mentioned is Axel’s jealousy towards actor Sean De Guzman, her co-star in Taya.
She also stated that Axel didn’t like the idea of her being branded as sexy.
“Hindi na po ako magsisinungaling, pero kasali na rin po si Sean. Pinagselosan po si Sean. Ayaw din po talaga niya ng karera ko ngayon. Ayaw po niya akong magpaseksi, which is naiintindihan ko naman siya sa part niya.”
(I won’t be sugarcoating it, but Sean is one of the reasons why. He [Axel] is jealous of Sean. He also doesn’t like how my career goes. Axel doesn’t want me to be branded as ‘sexy’, which I understand on his part.)
An important reminder
I know it entertains most people when celebrities have this kind of issue. However, I would also like to remind everyone that in issues like this, the girl often gets targeted and not the guy.
If you would be questioning AJ’s actions, better look at Aljur, as well. After all, he is the one who hurt Kylie. We’re not misogynists here.
