The Store Reopening of MESA Philippines in Greenbelt 5 Comes with New Menu Offerings!
MESA Philippines is delighted to announce the grand reopening of our flagship store in Greenbelt 5, Makati City. After undergoing renovations to enhance our customers’ dining experience, we are excited to welcome everyone back to our newly improved establishment.
Pampano Fish dishes
With the aim of continuously providing our valued customers with exceptional dining options, we are also pleased to introduce our newest addition to the menu. The delicious and mouthwatering Pampano Fish is the highlight of these dishes. First new item is the Pampano Dayap Chili. The pampano fish is simmered in dayap chili sauce and its served with a lime wheel, wansuy and siling labuyo. Another iteration is the Pampano Ginger Soya. The pompano fish is simmered in giner soya sauce served with fresh onion leeks on top. Another iteration is the Pampano with Latik. The pompano fish is pan fried and simmered in butter. It’s topped with latik, fried garlic, and fresh onion leeks. These delectable Pampano dishes will surely make you ask for more!
Grilled Spareribs
Aside from these fish entrées, MESA also has a new pork dish called Grilled Spareribs. This new pork dish will make you crave for meaty goodness. It’s marinated, grilled, and basted with a special barbecue sauce, garnished with fresh onion leeks. Lastly, MESA also has a new noodle dish called Locanton. It’s an egg noodle dish sautéed with baguio beans, carrots, cabbage, chicken liver, crispy pork and topped with fried tofu, boiled egg, fried garlic, and spring onions.
