Poland wins Miss World 2021 — Tracy Perez finishes in the Top 13

The stunning Karolina Bielawska of Poland wins Miss World 2021. She is a 22-year-old business student who is currently working on her Master of Business Studies. She succeeds outgoing Miss World 2019, Toni-Ann Singh of Jamaica.

Miss World 2021, the 70th edition of the pageant, takes place in the Coca-Cola Music Hall in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Karolina bested 97 other candidates to win the title. Shree Saini of the United States was named 1st runner-up, while Olivia Yace of Cote d’Ivoire was the 2nd runner-up.

This is the second time Poland has ever won the Miss World crown. The first was in 1989 with Aneta Kręglicka.

Meanwhile, Tracy Maureen Perez of the Philippines finished in the Top 13. The 28-year-old Cebuana beauty did an amazing job, earning a semifinal spot via the head-to-head challenge. Tracy was also one of the six winners of the Beauty with a purpose award.

Originally slated for December 16, 2021, however, several candidates and staff members tested positive for Covid-19. Forcing the Miss World Organization to reschedule on March 16.
