Miss Universe 2021 Harnaaz Sandhu arrived in the Philippines
Miss Universe 2021 Harnaaz Sandhu finally arrived in the Philippines on Sunday to attend the country’s forthcoming Miss Universe Philippines 2022 coronation night.
Narvacan Mayor Chavit Singson and his daughter Richelle Singson-Michael personally fetched her in the politician’s private plane.
Earlier, Harnaaz shared a video of herself on her trip to the Philippines, on Miss Universe’s Instagram Stories.
“Hi everyone, good morning! We are heading to Philippines and this is my first country visit after India,” Harnaaz said in the video. “I am so thrilled and electrified to go there and meet the contestants,” she added.
The reigning Miss Universe will grace the Miss Universe Philippines 2022 Preliminaries and Finals. The events will take place on April 27 and April 30 at Okada Manila and SM Mall of Asia Arena, respectively.
While the other plans are yet to confirm, Harnaaz and MUPH 2021 Beatrice Luigi Gomez will lead a talk on menstrual health and hygiene this April 26.
MUPH revealed earlier this month that the Indian beauty queen will make a special appearance on the coronation night.
In addition to Sandhu, previous Miss Universe winners will also attend the coronation night. Iris Mittenaere of France and Demi-Leigh Tebow of South Africa will also arrive in the Philippines, co-hosting with Pia Wurtzbach.
Fans can also watch it live on iWantTFC and ABS-CBN Entertainment YouTube Channel. Meanwhile, the national broadcast can be watched on GMA-7 on May 1.
