Mark Models’ Nelson Nazal finds growth in his modeling path
Channeling his natural features, Nelson Nazal holds an utmost passion for modeling.
Rounding the first batch of Mark Models, meet the 6’1 full-time model who takes the prestige limelight of shoots and shows. Watch out as Nelson turns himself into a remarkable icon for advertising, commercial, fashion, runway, and print ads.
As a Science Entrepreneurship graduate, he has a special interest in farming and agriculture. He also describes himself as a family-oriented and animal-loving person.
A man of few words but surely a deep person. He advocates of out-of-school youths to bring them back into attainment of education.
“My advocacy in life is something close to my heart. I want to promote the importance of education because I myself experience being out of school. I know how hard it is to be in that situation.”
Nothing new to the scene
Fashion shows and advertising jobs are nothing new to Nelson. As a gym person, he also acknowledges the essence of a healthy lifestyle.
To further polish up his passion for modeling, he attended a modeling class in Pampanga. Later on, he took part in fashion shows and attended castings.
When asked about his model inspiration, he mentioned Paolo Roldan.
“Aside from he is of Filipino descent. I like his story from a simple guy into a supermodel.”
A step of growth
Facing the reality of the industry, Nelson knows that there are obstacles behind the sparkles of his job. As he described it — fun and challenging.
“Fun because you get to enjoy the things that you love and are passionate about. Challenging because the competition in the industry is tough,”
Embodying the moreno feature within him, he aspires to represent the full-blooded Filipino models.
Lastly, he knows that he holds an extreme passion for this field. As an individual, he believes that marking this path is a stellar step for him to grow.
“I know that this industry will help to grow not just in the modeling, but as a person too.”
