Derrick Pua adds fuel to the lineup of Mark Models

Featuring the striking individuals in the modeling scene, Derrick Pua is the new addition to Mark Neto’s lineup, adding fuel to the roster of freshest faces in the metro.
It’s time to get to know some of his fascinating backgrounds inside and outside the modeling realm.
His experiences say it all
Derrick is a multi-talented man who was already seen in different scenes more than the modeling. Definitely, his experiences say it all.
Apparently, his interest in modeling unfolded during his college days. He shared,
“Back when I was in college, I tried to model the college shirts that the orgs are selling, that’s when I discovered that I love doing modeling.”
Moreover, the 25-year old model appeared in several fashion shows, including the Panasonic Manila Fashion Festival.
He also joined prestigious competitions such as Mr. China Town Philippines in 2017 and Face of the Philippines in 2018.
In addition to those knacks, Derrick demonstrates that modeling is silent acting. He was starred in Jeoff Monzon’s series, “QuaranFlingz“, which debuted this year.
Living in a dynamic lifestyle
More than the aforementioned talents that he got, the DLSU alumnus is actually a full-time software quality engineer. As he mentioned, ‘coding and testing’ are both his accustomed tasks.
Meanwhile, Derrick is active in performing physical activities. He pointed out,
“I like playing badminton and basketball as a hobby only but I am not that good at it. I also like cycling,”
He added, he also plays video games and watches Netflix in his free time.
Spotlight can change everything
Despite being all-around, Derrick knows that he has a fervent passion for modeling. This dedication makes him professional and easy to work with.
Furthermore, as he joins the poll of the Mark Models’ most alluring models, he also shared his expectations.
“I expect to have lots of fun during shoots, and lots of inspiration from creative minds collaborating to create a perfect piece of art.”
