Luma Russo of Brazil is crowned Miss Charm 2023
She charmed her way to the crown, and it was well-deserved! Congratulations to Brazil’s Luma Russo for clinching the title of Miss Charm 2023. She creates history by becoming the pageant’s very first titleholder.
Besting out 37 other candidates, the coronation night took place on February 16 at the Hoa Binh Theater in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Hailing from the Brazilian state of Minas Gerais, Luma is an air pilot as well as an English teacher, translator, and interpreter. Not new to pageantry, Luma’s pre-Miss Charm experience is at Miss Supranational Brazil 2020. There, she was among the Top 5 finalist.
Meanwhile, Philippine candidate Annabelle McDonnell places second, finishing as first runner-up. Appointed as Miss Charm Philippines 2023, Annabelle is the current Miss Universe Philippines 2022 First runner-up.
