Lenovo Philippines will bring back the nostalgia with the foldable Razr 2020!
Do you miss the old times when owning a foldable phone is quite much the trend? Soon, you can relive your memories of using a clamshell phone since Lenovo is going to release one here in the Philippines. The tech brand teased on its Facebook page that it’s bringing Motorola Razr 2020!
A Throwback to the Clamshell Phone Trend
Lenovo acquired the Motorola firm when Google sold it five years ago. November last year, it released the Razr 2020 in the United States. This seems to be the reincarnation of the Razr V3 from the early 2000s. It features a foldable inner display while maintaining most of the elements of the original Razr.
The device appears slim and compact due to its folding screen. You can see the 6.2-inch OLED display once you unfold it. When this clamshell phone is folded, it can show notifications on its 2.7-inch GOLED external display.
Inside, it runs by a Qualcomm 710 Snapdragon Processor paired with 6GB RAM and 128GB memory. It has a 16MP camera on its back with a 5MP shooter for selfies. The Razr 2020 is powered by a 2510mAh battery with 15W TurboPower Charging. Lenovo equips it with Android Pie for its OS and a fingerprint scanner as well.
The foldable phone has a price tag of USD 1,499 but we’ll have to wait for a bit for its local pricing and availability. Lenovo Philippines is allegedly announcing more details about Razr 2020 in the coming weeks.
Are you guys excited for this phone’s arrival? Let’s see if it’s worth our wait!
