He mostly creates videos regarding medicine and healthcare. His clips help a lot since some of us have little knowledge about the medicines we take.

We’re used to taking two medicines in one drinking when we have cough and fever. Mostly one tablet for cough and one tablet for headache. According to the pharmacist and TikTok content creator Arshie that it is a big NO. He explained in his TikTok account that Bioflu, Neozep, and other drugs have similar content.
For example, Symdex-D, Decolgen Forte, Nafarin-A contain Phenylpropanolamine (PPA), chlorphenamine maleate, and paracetamol. As well as Bioflu and Neozep which also consist of these substances. The only differences between these medicines are the nasal decongestant. Bioflu and Neozep consisting phenylephrine while Symdex-D, Decolgen Forte, Nafarin-A has Phenylpropanolamine. Phenylpropanolamine and phenylephrine are both used to relieve nasal discomfort caused by colds, allergies, and hay fever.
So, Arshie advised that if you experience such symptoms, you must only take one of these. And do not take two or more as they only have the same substances and both are effective.
Alaxan, Medicol and Rexidol

Next, when you are in great pain caused by headaches and body pain taking both these medicines is not advisable. According to him, Medicol consists of Ibuprofen while Rexidol contains paracetamol and caffeine. Caffeine enhances and prolongs the effect of Paracetamol on pain relief. And Alaxan contains Ibuprofen and paracetamol.
Taking these 3 at the same time may cause risks to your health. Considering you took 2 doses of paracetamol and ibuprofen. He also explained that taking a higher dose than recommended will not provide more relief and can be dangerous. It may also put your livers and kidneys at risk.
