Niña Angelica Llaneta is a cake decorator residing in Navotas, and she has been making everyone’s dream cakes since 2012. She is the person that uses Cakes and I‘s baking apron.
Her hands have always been stained with flour and food coloring due to making creative cakes for people. And recently, she joined Peotraco Food Inc.‘s cake decorating competition, Cake My Day.

This is her winning piece for Peotraco’s 2023 competition. Her cake showcases the planetary elements, using those as a metaphor for herself.

So what sets her aside from other cake decorators?
She has that burning passion for cake decorating. Furthermore, she said that she has been fond of making clay figures since she was a child. And her former job required her to study how to bake cakes.
And that’s where she incorporated her love for making figures, and her nit-pickiness when it comes to colors for her to come up with her freelance cake decorating.
