From Social Media Goddess to Sarsa Queen
Nadine Lustre was known as the “Social Media Queen” for always having the greatest pictures to share on her accounts. She was recognized for going above and beyond when it comes to her breathtaking photos and creativity when arranging them on her feed.
During the pandemic, the actress decided to travel to Siargao to live the life that she has always wanted to live. Based on her uploads at the time as well as her instagram stories, the actress seemed to enjoy her life on the Island.
Throughout her stay in Siargao, she had a picture that went viral where she was holding a bottle of sarsa earning her the title “Sarsa Queen”.
According to Nadine, she had a very long day at the beach and was really starving at the time. She didn’t notice that someone was actually taking her picture.
According to the famed actress, experiencing the life on the Island is something she has always dreamt of and it has been a great experience for her. “I think people are much chill more on the island. It’s probably the lifestyle, probably the salt water, I don’t know. That’s what I noticed comparing people here in Manila and in Siargao,” Nadine said.
“Life here in the city is so fast, like everyone is rushing. Even me ha, I feel the same way, I feel like I have to rush this, this, this. It’s never ending, it’s tiring. But when you’re on the island, parang everything is so chill and slow, save [for] work. The moments are even more… dito kasi pak, pak, pak, done. But there it’s like, ‘ah okay nice. I don’t know, I’ve always been, and I always wanted to be in nature.” Nadine added.
It is always important to give time to your passions and think about how you really want to live your life. Having a break is very important to everyone… even the most famous artists need it to enjoy and pause everything. Nadine Lustre chose to live her life to the fullest. This attitude made her a queen we all know and love!
