ABS CBN TV Series Linlang leads on Prime’s Video Philippines
Linlang is now the top pick in Prime Video for the Filipino roster for its television debut last Thursday.
The series features great characters with promising drama and story. It was cast by the big names of ABS CBN such as Kim Chui, Paulo Aveliono, and JM de Guzman. The series is produced by ABS-CBN and Dreamscape.

We all know, that it seems like another infidelity story which is a popular topic in Filipino television shows and entertainment. However, there is so much more beneath while tackling the major points such as deception, betrayal, and complicated family dynamics.
While telling the story of infidelity you can find yourself exploring different topics and common challenges faced by Filipinos. These are the experiences of Overseas Filipino workers, co-parenting, annulment, and double standards in marital matters.
Since the two episodes premiered, we witnessed Paulo Avelino playing the role of Victor “Bangis” Lualhati. He is a former boxer turned into a seaman. He was suspicious of his wife Julianna’s infidelity which plays by Kim Chui. JM De Guzman plays the character of Alexander who is a hotshot lawyer who handles annulment cases and legal assistance.

We get to see another side of Kim Chui that is daring and unconventional. In an interview from Philstar News with the actress, she told them that this series allowed her creativity to fly and explore different acting.
“What made me accept this project?” began Kim. “First, it’s about my growth as an actor. This project is very timely for my career. Because when will I do this if not now? Especially now that we’re on a streaming platform. That is very open when it comes to doing these kinds of stories,” she said.
“In a streaming platform, there’s nothing (bawal). You can do anything, even the words, even your physical appearance. You can show everything there. So, I think this is the perfect time for me to do this kind of role.
The new ABS-CBN series also features stars such as Maricel Soriano, Ruby Ruiz, Jaime Fabregas, Raymond Bagatsing, Albie Casiño, Jake Ejercito, Heaven Peralejo, Adrian Lindayag, Race Matias, Benj Manalo, Lovely Abella, Frenchie Dy, Ross Pesigan, Hanna Lexie, Juno Advincula, Connie Virtucio, Lotlot Bustamante, Meann Espinosa, Danny Ramos, Bart Guingona, Marc Mcmahon, Kice and Anji Salvacion.
