Honkai: Star Rail: Hoyoverse shows the upcoming game at Summer Game Fest 2022
From the studio behind Genshin Impact, Hoyoverse launched their newest trailer for the upcoming sci-fi role-playing game, Honkai: Star Rail.
“To You Who Will Soon Depart”
Honkai: Star Rail trailer was unveiled in the Summer Game Fest 2022 presentation along with other new game announcements.
The game trailer teased us with their upcoming bosses and players can travel in space stations and cities. The trailer ends with a reveal of a new location, Xianzhou Luofu, and a new playable character named Jing Yuan.
Honkai: Star Rail is Hoyoverse’s fourth game for the Honkai series which follows their successful game Honkai 3rd Impact. Their first closed beta took place back in October 2021 and their second closed beta started at the end of May. The release date for the game is yet to be announced.
The game will have a turn-based fight with open-world and dungeon features.
Another upcoming Hoyoverse game
Besides Honkai: Star Rail, Zenless Zone Zero (ZZZ) was also teased at the Summer Game Fest. This futuristic urban action game showcased its 3rd person-action combat feature along with its upcoming playable characters. The game has no specific release date yet.
