‘You are enough’: Ben&Ben’s Paolo Guico shares his fitness breakthrough

Paolo Guico of OPM band Ben&Ben shared photos of himself that “represent years of hard work and sacrifice” on his social media pages yesterday, March 9.

As he achieved his weight goal, he said that he wanted to “celebrate this growth” with everyone and to express his gratitude for those who rooted for him in his “lowest moments.”

The Ben&Ben vocalist also encouraged people who are on the “path of growth” and motivated them to do it for themselves and the people they love.

“Never do it just to please others, because it will never be enough. You are enough,” the singer wrote in the caption.

“In this picture, I also celebrate my stretch marks. [Because] they’re awesome. I also celebrate my past self, because he’s awesome too,” he added.

Moreover, Paolo Guico said that he will be sharing his “struggles” and the journey he’s been through in the coming weeks.

His fellow bandmates, friends, and fans Liwanag expressed their support and compliments for the feat he attained.
