VP Choice Awards 2022: A Return Brighter Than Ever
After a two-year compromise due to a health crisis, Village Pipol Magazine presents a bigger, brighter, and more stellar return of the much-awaited award-giving body, VP Choice Awards 2022.
As your guide to the city, Village Pipol Magazine commits itself to merit the best of the best from the travel, lifestyle, technology, business, and entertainment industries. Our sincere undertaking made us the country’s unrivaled and most engaging awards ceremony, with 74 million accumulated social media reach in 2021. Hence, the upcoming 4th VP Choice Awards will continue to honor the prime and supreme while giving you the best of our surprises yet.
The latest edition has already begun through the commencement of the nomination period last November 14, ending on December 20. The proposed candidates will be considered, and the list of nominees will be released on January 13, 2023.
Moreover, the voting duration will start on February 9 and conclude on March 10. Winners will be evaluated based on the following criteria: thirty percent (30%) of VP Choice Awards’ Facebook shares, another twenty percent (20%) for Village Pipol’s Facebook shares, thirty percent (30%) from our editorial team, and the last twenty percent (20%) from the deliverance of experts panel.
VPCA 2022 | Supernova: Our Brilliant Burst of Light
The VP Choice Awards 2022 will also signal the grand return of the most anticipated gathering of names on top of their spheres. Following two subsequent editions held virtually, the VPCA will finally resume its live ceremony!
Lodging the arrival of victors, this year’s cycle will take place at the Glass Garden Evangelista Avenue in Pasig on March 29 at 7 PM.
In addition, since 2022 marks the junction of breaking free from the leash of the pandemic, there is no doubt that this year is the time for our phenomenal eruption. Like the stars enormously exploding in the cosmos, we will breach the barricades and unveil our celestial transformation.
That said, VP Choice Awards introduce the 2022 theme Supernova: Our Brilliant Burst of Light. After the long days being concealed behind the shadow, our glimmers never died. Instead, the time has come to embrace our burgeoning blast and champion our own luminous explosion— the brilliance in our bursting light.

As a reputable award-giving body, VPCA made larger strides this time in recognizing the showbiz’ brightest stars, excellent brands, and individuals who mastered their craft.
A total of 100 accolades encompassing different industries will be presented by the VP Choice Awards 2022. Significantly, more awards were added in the entertainment category for deserving contenders whose talents glared even in this challenging era. Additional recognition will also reach the businesses that strived to remain at their best despite the pandemic.
