First, Flower of Evil is a Korean drama that will make you question people around you. How truthful are they to you? Can you really trust them?

This crime thriller K-drama follows the story of a couple, Baek Hee Sung (Lee Joon Gi) and Cha Ji Won (Moon Chae Young) with their beautiful child. At first, they seemed like a perfect happy family. Unsuspected by his family, Hee Sung is hiding a cruel past.

Meanwhile, Ji Won grows suspicious of her husband as she looks into a series of murders. As she continues to doubt her husband, the gap between them grows. These doubts pose the question of whether she really knows who her husband is.

Second, Beyond Evil is another drama that will make you have trust issues. This crime thriller K-drama has an enthralling storyline that will make you covered in goosebumps. Aside from the intriguing scenes, the chemistry between the partnership of the leads is addictive to watch. The endless red herrings will give you a roller coaster of emotions and reactions.

This 16-episode drama revolves around the story of the two dauntless policemen in the town of Manyang. The story starts with a crime that happened 20 years ago and the prime suspect is one of the leads. Lee Dong Sik (Shin Ha Kyun) is accused of killing his sister. Twenty years later, Lee Dong Sik becomes a policeman even though some of the locals never trusted him again.

With the case still unresolved to the present day, a seemingly returning serial murderer coincides with the arrival of Joo Won. Han Joo Won (Yeo Jin Goo) is a junior detective and the son of the superintendent. He suspects Dong Sik is responsible for the new killings and sets to find evidence against him.

The two main characters question everything and everyone they know and if you watch this, you will doubt everything and everyone too!

Lastly, my personal favorite among the three is Taxi Driver.

Do you ever wish to get revenge on your enemies? This drama put the revenge plot on another level. The Taxi Driver will make you question if it is right to seek justice with your own hands.

Taxi Driver is about a group of vigilantes that runs a secret on-call revenge service. They disguise themselves as a taxi company. Kim Do Gi (Lee Je Hoon) is the main character who is also the “taxi driver” of the team. The team seeks revenge for people who are helpless, weak, and oppressed.

The most intriguing, but also sad fact about this crime thriller K-drama is that most crimes depicted in the show are based on real-life cases. This proves that this is not just a show but a mirror of today’s reality. Because of this fact, watching this drama will make you wait for more revenge. It is a good thing to know that Taxi Driver will be back this year for season 2. Before the release of season 2, make sure to check it out first!

Certainly, if you are ready to experience a roller-coaster of emotions and brave enough to see all the red herrings come to be more sinister, make sure to watch these crime thrillers K-dramas.
