For only P249, you can get a reusable bag with some tasty pastries in it and the opportunity to help a 6-year-old girl named Kaith fighting against Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia via this kind initiative by Pasig-based bakery Bakerella.

What started out as a hobby, turned into a successful home baking business that caters various coffee shop chains, restaurants, and major groceries in the country, including Bo’s Coffee, Shopwise & Rustan’s Supermarket, Merrymart Groceries, Bag of Beans Restaurant, and Lawson Convenience Store.

Now, they’ve decided to do more than just satisfying its customers’ sweet tooth. Upon hearing Kaith’s condition and her family’s cry for help, they were moved and compelled to do something within their capabilities to reach out.

In fact, raised by a solo parent, Kaith is in dire need of financial assistance to keep her medications and treatments at bay.

Inside the reusable bag prepared with love by the bakery, you can find fresh goods such as a baguette, Plain Ensaymada 9’s, Ube Loaf, and Coffee (packed or brewed), ready to indulge by its buyer.
