Motorola successfully returned to the Philippines with the launch of Motorola G 5G Plus. Because of the fact that it belongs to the G series of the brand, it is relatively affordable.

For the build, this one sports a water-repellent body in Surfing Blue colorway. In front, you can see a Gorilla Glass 5 protected 6.7-inch LCD (LTPS) 90Hz CinemaVision display with FHD+ 2520 x 1080 resolution and HDR10 support. It measures 168 x 74 x 9 mm and weighs 207 grams.

To make 5G possible, Motorola crafted this device with the 7nm EUV Snapdragon 765 octa-core processor with Adreno 620 GPU and a dedicated Snapdragon X52 RF-System 5G modem. Note that it is not using the more powerful SD765G.

Moto paired its SD765 chip with 8GB LPDDR4X RAM, 128GB UFS 2.1 expandable storage via microSD up to 1TB.  A large 5,000mAh battery powers it with USB-C 20W TurboPower fast charging support.

Moreover, the Motorola G 5G Plus features a 48MP f/1.7 main camera + 8MP f/2.2 ultra-wide-angle camera + 5MP f/2.2 macro camera + 2MP f/2.2 depth camera + LED flash.

In front, there is a 16MP f/2.0 snapper paired with an 8MP f/2.2 ultra-wide-angle camera.

In addition to that, Motorola packs this device with a side-mounted fingerprint reader, 3.5mm headphone jack slot, and a bottom-firing single speaker. It also comes with a Smart PA amp, WiFi 6, 5G SA/NSA, 4G LTE, Bluetooth 5.1, NFC, GPS (L1 + L5), GLONASS, Galileo, and Android 10 OS.
