Miss Universe 2023 final format announced
With only days away from the most beautiful day in the universe, the Miss Universe Organization reveals this year’s official run-through of its coronation night.
On November 15, the announcement was made through a social media post along with the caption: “You asked, we answered”.

Miss Universe Announces 2023 competition format
According to the said post, the Miss Universe 2023 selection rounds will include the following:
The competition will officially begin with the announcement of the Top 20 semifinalists. This selection will be based on the performances of the 84 candidates through the different preliminary rounds of judging. These include the swimsuit and evening gown presentation as well as the closed-door interviews.
The Top 20 candidates will then parade in their swimsuits, showing off their confidence and flaunting their well-maintained physique. Afterwards, another cut will be made with only 10 advancing to the next round.
Grace and elegance will then dominate the stage as the evening gown competition commences. This round will help determine who will make the Top 5.
Letting their wit and personality shine, the Top 5 will undergo an interview segment.
Marking the final cut of the evening, the remaining three will head for the final question. Here, all of them will be receive the same question.
After the final look, the runners-up and the new Miss Universe 2023 will be announced. Crowning her is outgoing titleholder, R’Bonney Gabriel of the USA.
Miss Universe 2023 will be staging its finals on November 19 (manila time) at the José Adolfo Pineda Arena in San Salvador, El Salvador. The preliminary competition will take place tomorrow, November 16.
