Recently, Village Pipol Magazine went to Boracay with Beyond Escape Travel and Tours. During the three-day trip, we were also with Travel Tayo and Kasel Travel. The three travel agencies accommodated us and helped us learn more about Boracay. Aside from that, we also went on ocular visits to hotels that people should definitely visit. This, of course, includes the Mövenpick Resort and Spa.

Mövenpick Resort and Spa in Boracay served as one of the last ocular visits we went to during our three-day trip. Nestled on the northern tip of Boracay Island in Punta Bunga Cove, the luxurious resort is located only ninety minutes away from Caticlan Airport.

Mövenpick has six different rooms: Classic Queen, Classic Twin, Superior King, Superior Twin, Superior Twin Sea View, and Superior King Sea View.

The Classic Queen and Classic Twin are 27-square-meter rooms that feature Boracay’s vibrant spirit. It has controlled air-conditioning, and a 32-inch LED flat screen television with local and international channels. The Superior King or Superior Twin, on the other hand, has either a king-sized bed or twin beds that has a vanity table. It also functions as a work desk. These also include self-controlled air conditioning, an in-room safety deposit box, and more.

Mövenpick also has a stylish eatery, a cafe, and a pool bar. Plus, it has a pub and pizzeria.

We were able to eat a three-course meal at The Market. I had a Vietnamese spring roll and fresh greens for appetizers. Then, I had a pan-roasted pork belly with apples, carrots, zucchini, and potatoes. For dessert, on the other hand, I had a chocolate Bouchon.

Of course, just like any other hotel, Mövenpick Resort and Spa has amenities like a spa, gym, and event space. Plus, it also houses the largest outdoor pool in Boracay. It definitely has everything imaginable for your tropical island holiday.
