To know more about the band and their songs, check out these mind-boggling songs below:

Tagu-taguan (2016)

No matter how much the title would suggest otherwise, Tagu-taguan isn’t just a song about your favorite childhood game. Given that the lyrics frequently focus on betrayals, their history, and exciting adventures, give credit to Sofy Aldeguer and her band for being such a storyteller of a sort. The song tells the tale in a jazzy manner, gaining ferocious energy with time while displaying the perspective of the female who discovered that her partner is cheating by sneaking away at night.

Sisikat ka Iha (2019)

You won’t realize how gloomy and icy their songs are when you first hear them unless you REALLY pay attention to the words. They definitely have a spooky feel, and their music videos are gorgeous! But this band’s discussion of actual circumstances involving women is what I value the most. Few musicians openly sing about subjects except *romance*, much less write songs about the objectification of women or domestic abuse. This group performs both.  “Sisikat Ka Iha,” as an illustration. The band claims that in order to stress the objectification of women, the band’s song is told from the perspective of a predator who is posing as an agent.

Manghuhula (2019)

The band’s Manghuhula is a dance that embodies the push and pull of attraction and reluctance between two people. He is intrigued. She’s holding out. The song describes what will occur if two people are unsure and unwilling to act. Despite the fact that you were both curious, the two of you will lose the opportunity since they decide to wait. What will happen after that? No one will know unless someone will step up. That is the question left by the band.

Peklat Cream (2019)

The band song’s lyrics first describe a person who is desperately trying to meet beauty standards. As a result, when a TV commercial for “peklat cream” appears, that individual is perceived to want it. Despite this, even after using the cream, the people around you were not satisfied. Domestic abuse with an abusive relationship is another topic covered in the song. Sometimes people stay with an abusive partner despite being hit, injured, and abused out of love. In an effort to win back your partner, you conceal the scars with the cream. Thoughts of love, however, might occasionally be misinterpreted as fears. The person chose to depart after the song’s conclusion after realizing that cream alone couldn’t heal her scars.

Guillotine Drops (2021)

‘Alias Grace’ and ‘The VVitch’, two horror movies and television shows, served as inspiration for the song of the band. The bluesy song “Guillotine Drops” is about a young woman who was suspected of being a witch in her small, superstitious community. She makes vain attempts to argue her case, which ultimately results in her execution by guillotine.
