INSTAGRAM RAID: Samantha Bernardo’s Journey After PBB
Samantha Bernardo, a Malaria-Free Philippines spokesperson, is a former Pinoy Big Brother (PBB) Kumunity Season 10 housemate and was named the Bread-queen-er of Palawan.
She was one of the celebrity edition’s top 5 and got the chance to return to Bahay ni Kuya with the winners from adult and teen editions, where she eventually won as the 3rd big placer.
Looking back at Sam’s pageant journey
Prior to entering Bahay ni Kuya, Samantha is known for her impressive and inspiring pageant journey. She joined Bb. Pilipinas three times before being appointed as Bb. Pilipinas Grand International 2020.
She brought pride to the nation with her last pageant appearance in the eighth edition of Miss Grand International took place on March 21, 2020, in Thailand.
She finished it with a bang being crowned as 1st runner-up.
Just seven months after Samantha’s last pageant journey, she entered Bahay ni Kuya. Now that her pageantry and PBB journey ended, let’s take a look at what she is up to these days.
JOURNEY AFTER PBB
Sam’s hosting career
As soon as the PBB Season 10 concluded, she joined the lineup of the hosts for the newest channel, Pinoy Interactive Entertainment, better known as PIE Channel.
She is a regular host of the PIE Galingan segment together with PBB Season 9 ex-housemate Ralph Malibunas, BidaMan runner-up Eris Aragoza, and PBB Season 10 big winner Anji Salvacion.
Samantha also co-hosted the Binibining Pilipinas 2022 grand coronation night which held last July 31, alongside Edward Barber.
While the two main presenters were Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray, and Miss Grand International 2016 1st runner-up Nicole Cordovez.
She did a fantastic job co-hosting the event and will undoubtedly rock that stage as the main host very soon.
Asia’s Golden Icon Awards
Furthermore, she was awarded “Asia’s Most Iconic Influential Personality of the Year” at Grand Ballroom, Okada, Manila on June 28.

Reunited with PBB Friends
Recently, Samantha appeared to enjoy her well-deserved trip with her PBB batchmates, Alyssa Valdez and Eian Rances, to her home province, Palawan.
Indeed, it’s the friendship you create inside Bahay ni Kuya that you can treasure forever more than winning the competition.

Samantha may always be a runner-up in pageantry and may not be destined to be the big winner of the PBB Season 10, but she still served a purpose. She touched the lives of many people through her inspiring story — and that already makes her a champion.
