Our first film is for the first person into space, Yuri Alekseyevich Gagarin. Therefore, I introduce to you Gagarin: First in Space. This film was produced by Russians and released in 2013. Its story follows the journey of Yuri Gagarin. The film covers his earlier days as a pilot for the Soviet Union. Then depicts the growling training that he and the Vanguard Six had to endure to be cosmonauts. This is a wonderful film that shows the Soviet side of the space race. And it also pays tribute to the astounding space pioneer, Yuri Gagarin.

Sadly, many often forget that it takes a team to travel into space. Hence, if it were not for the efforts of the engineers, scientists, mathematicians, and other supporting groups. Apollo 11 would not be able to land on the Moon. Hidden Figures depicts this thesis.
