Bing AI Mobile App — ‘Your Copilot for the Web’
Tech giant Microsoft recently announced a mobile app for the new search engine, Bing AI search. Yusuf Mehdi, Consumer Chief Marketing Officer, details it as “your copilot for the web.”
The company integrated technology from ChatGPT into the app, so it works like the AI chatbot. Want detailed answers? Just enter your questions since the mobile format allows Bing AI to be your personal assistant anytime and anywhere. In addition, Microsoft integrated this function into other apps like Skype and Edge.
Bing AI and its features
Microsoft published a blog that explains how its Bing AI app can help you. It gave an example of how the Bing AI app can provide directions to get to your destination, like, via train. Also, it gives a short itinerary containing popular landmarks.
One of the more exciting and useful things is how the program would also translate certain languages into English as you explore a country.
In their words, the Bing app is as easy to use as ChatGPT.

Start by opening the program and tapping the Bing icon at the button to begin a chat session. As easy as one two three, just type any simple or complicated question in the text box.
For your convenience, you may tell the app to provide simplified answers, detailed explanations, or bullet points. Moreover, Microsoft encourages users to compose emails, lists, and messages via Bing AI.
Microsoft also added voice recognition to the app. It enables the app to understand your voice commands and speak its answers.
You can now bring Bing AI into Skype
One of the highlights of Bing AI is how you can bring it into a Skype group. An example is when you are discussing with relatives how to plan your next family vacation.
They stated that you may add Bing to the conversation like any Skype contact. Thereafter, you may ask Bing questions as if it’s a person in the group.
In response, it would answer in simple words. For example, you may ask, “what is the weather like tomorrow in Singapore?”
It would tell you the weather forecast in that country. Moreover, you could request tourist landmarks or interesting events while you’re there.
