ASUS Philippines today launched a new and improved ASUS 4A Quality & Service warranty package that elevates customers’ peace of mind with Assured Quality, Always-on Support, All-around Coverage, and an Added-value experience for users of ASUS, ROG, and ASUS Business products.

Most Strictly-tested US Military-grade laptops

Since 2023, all ASUS laptops undergo the most rigorous torture-test regime, strictly tested according to the latest, most-demanding MIL-STD 810H US military-grade standard. The full test suite of 12 test methods and 26 test procedures simulate operation in harsh environmental conditions — including extremes of altitude, temperature and humidity — along with physical vibration and shock tests designed to mimic rough day-to-day handling.

All ASUS laptops also undergo a barrage of 16 grueling durability tests environmental conditions beyond the military grade standard, ensuring that these laptops are durable and reliable, enhancing their longevity, and hence their sustainability.

ASUS Standard Warranty – Free warranty packages out-of-the-box

All ASUS, TUF Gaming, ROG laptops, and ROG Ally come with a standard 2-Year International Warranty, while premium phones, including the ROG Phone series, come with a standard 1-Year Local Warranty

ASUS, TUF Gaming, and ROG laptops also offer Perfect Warranty, providing one-time coverage for customer-induced damages not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (such as accidental drop, breakage, liquid spill, and electrical surges) for one year from the date of purchase. 

Additionally, ASUS ExpertBook laptops come with a standard 3-year International Warranty, while ASUS ExpertPC, Consumer Desktops, and All-in-One PCs feature a standard 3-year Local Warranty. All ASUS Business laptops and desktops, consumer desktops, and All-in-One PCs also come with on-site support out of the box.

For ASUS, TUF Gaming, ROG laptops, ROG Ally, and ExpertBook, a one-time comprehensive 9-step Preventive Maintenance service is also provided by the local service center during the duration of the Standard Warranty. This ensures that the devices maintain functionality and performance, extending their lifespan, enabling users to keep them for longer periods, thus reducing e-waste and improving ASUS devices’ sustainability.

ASUS Premium Care – Upgraded warranty and protection

Users can take advantage of the enhanced ASUS Premium Care (APC) extended service packages, customized to meet their specific needs – extend the product warranty, expand its coverage, or even revive their device. ASUS Premium Care upgrade packages starting at PHP 2,995 are available for purchase up to six months after the date of purchase.
