Jojo Sebastian has dreamed of becoming a professional performer ever since he was younger. He started his journey in Biñan, Laguna in the Philippines. He would often perform in school plays and community events. His passion for singing and performing remained evident from an early age.
One story that I often share about as a performer is about a talent competition that I entered when I was just a teenager. I had been practicing for months and was confident in my abilities, but when I stepped onto the stage, I froze. I forgot the words to the song I was singing and stumbled through the rest of my performance. Ileft the stage feeling embarrassed and defeated.
However, despite this setback, he didn’t give up on his dream of becoming a performer. He continued to work hard and hone his skills, taking singing lessons and performing at local events whenever he could. Eventually, his hard work paid off, and he started to gain recognition for his talents.

Sharing the stage with renowned icons like Gary Valenciano and Sharon Cuneta marked the pinnacle of his journey. His self-titled concert’s triumph propelled him to record a Christmas album. Then, he release the moving single “Mahalin Mo Rin,” penned by the talented Oliver Gadista.
One of the most significant moments in my career as a performer was when I had the opportunity to be a front act and guest performer for some of the most renowned international performers such as Gary Valenciano, Sharon Cuneta, Martin Nievera, and many others. It was truly an honor to share the same stage with these legends and to be able to showcase my talent to a wider audience.
Another remarkable moment in my journey as a performer was when I staged my own self-titled concert, which was a huge success. The overwhelming response from the audience motivated me to pursue my passion even further, and I decided to record my own Christmas album. I also released a single entitled “Mahalin Mo Rin,” which was written and produced by the talented Mr. Oliver Gadista.

As a performer, I have experienced various struggles and challenges throughout my journey. One of the biggest challenges I faced was dealing with rejection and failure.
