Maja Salvador surprises everyone as she joins the longest-running noontime show ‘Eat Bulaga’

Maja Salvador becomes the new host of the dance contest of Eat Bulaga entitled DC2021: Maja On Stage.

It has just been announced that the actress, formerly a Kapamilya, has joined GMA Network and will now be a regular in the longest-running noontime show in the Philippines.

The official announcement happened on Saturday, October 2. Maja will be the host of the dance competition, DC2021: Maja On Stage.

Clad in her pink tank top underneath a denim jumpsuit, the actress moved to an old school dance we all know as Macarena.

In Eat Bulaga’s Twitter account, the noon-time show wrote,

“Mga Dabarkads, ang bago nating makakasama mula Aparri hanggang sa Eat Bulaga Studio, at sa mga telebisyon niyo… ang DC Queen, Maja Salvador!”

(Dabarkads, the new face from Aparri to the Eat Bulaga Studio and on your television screens, the DC Queen, Maja Salvador!)

It can be remembered that show regulars Jose Manalo and Ryan Agoncillo hinted through a blind item. They are pertaining to a personality who will soon be a Dabarkads.

They keep repeating the syllable “Ma” in their statements.

Ryan said,

“Mga classic songs, mga classic na sayawan–hindi talaga matitinag ‘yang mga ‘yan. Ngayong 2021, Dabarakds, ‘yung mga classic dance ay bibigyan natin ‘yan ng twist. Mga bagong timpla na ito sir, isa sa pinakaMAhusay na aktres at isa sa pinakaMAhusay sa sayawan sa industriya ngayon.”
