Arthur Tan teams up with Tarsier Records for upcoming EP ‘After the Party’

Based in New York City, Filipino producer Arthur Tan dropped a new yet nostalgic synth-wave track City Runs. It also evokes a burst of energy on a night out released under ABS-CBN’s Tarsier Records.

Arthur Tan releases electronic track City Runs

“I made and re-made this track with the memories of me walking around New York City at night. Just enjoying the lights, the energy from the parties. The last ‘hoorah’ as I would say.”

About Him:

Arthur grew up in Manila and remained active in the music industry as a DJ, musician, and dancer for at least 15 years. He brought diversity and passion to his emotionally charged take on electronic house music. After making his mark in the Philippines, he went on to pursue his craft in New York. Then, he quickly found his place performing all over Manhattan and Brooklyn. He also revealed:

“My move to NYC back in 2018 had a huge impact on my music – the lights, the buildings, and the environment I found myself in all became my influence.”

The all-instrumental track City Runs will be part of his upcoming EP record After The Party

It will drop on all digital streaming platforms on May 28, Friday. After The Party depicts a coming-of-age in the big city narrative manifested in our electronic and dance tracks. He also released the first single Sleepwalking in September 2020. Then, he dropped City Runs this month. Arthur became one of the new acts featured in Tarsier Records’ Class of 2021, the label’s ongoing campaign in its continuing efforts to promote Filipino talent on the world stage.

Relive the highs of a night out and check out Arthur Tan’s City Runs on various music streaming services. For more details, follow Tarsier Records on its social media accounts @tarsierrecords and listen to the label’s official Spotify playlist.
