Acer Day 2024: A Limitless, Star Studded Concert
Acer Day 2024 celebrated the limitless potential of technology and creativity with an electrifying concert at the MOA Arena on August 4. This year’s theme, “AI’m Limitless,” inspired attendees to push boundaries and explore new experiences with Acer’s cutting-edge PCs and lifestyle products.
The concert, hosted by Luis Manzano, featured an impressive lineup of Acer ambassadors and performers, including SB19, Sandara Park, and G22, along with performances by Cup of Joe, TJ Monterde, Ebe Dancel, and Rico Blanco. Over 20,000 fans joined the celebration, both in-person and via a live Facebook stream.
“Acer Day helps connect us with our customers through music and different activities that allow them to try the products which provide tools that enable individuals to explore limitless possibilities and bring their ideas to life,” said Sue Ong Lim, Managing Director of Acer Philippines.
Acer Day 2024: An unforgettable concert experience
The show kicked off with pop/alternative band Cup of Joe, performing hits like “Wag na Lang,” “Tingin,” and “Estranghero.” TJ Monterde followed with crowd favorites “Mahika,” “Tulad Mo,” and “Palagi.”
OPM icon Ebe Dancel captivated the audience with “Hari ng Sablay,” “Makita Kang Muli,” “Wag Kang Umiyak,” and “Bawat Daan.” Dancel also reminisced about Acer’s support during the pandemic, when the brand reached out to him for a special performance.
Rico Blanco kept the energy high with his hits “Antukin,” “Umaaraw Umuulan,” “Your Universe,” “Kisapmata,” and “You’ll be Safe Here.”
The stage was then graced by international star Sandara Park and G22, who delivered an exclusive performance of “In or Out.” Sandara and SB19 later teamed up for “Reset,” a track created in collaboration with Acer in 2023.
G22 showcased their prowess with “Boomerang,” “Bang,” “One Sided Love,” and “Loka,” while Sandara energized the crowd with “Dara Dara,” “I Don’t Care,” and “I’m the Best + Can’t Nobody.”
SB19, the “Kings of P-pop,” dazzled with “Gento,” “Hanggang sa Huli,” and “Crimzone,” and treated fans to an unreleased track, “Kalakal,” featuring rapper Gloc 9.
The concert culminated in a powerful performance of “Limitless,” the Acer Day 2024 theme song, composed by SB19’s leader Pablo, highlighting the limitless potential of both the artists and Acer.
