Queen Mongcupa is Miss Tourism World Philippines 2023
A beautiful new Filipina QUEEN is heading to the international stage! Congratulations to Queen Jubilee Mongcupa for being appointed as the new Miss Tourism World Philippines 2023. Bound for Jinjiang, China this November, she will represent the country at Miss Tourism World 2023.
The official announcement was made on September 2 by recently established modeling and beauty camp Phassion Productions.

A 23-year-old model and Physical Education major from the Rizal Technical University, Queen previously competed at the inaugural edition of Miss Grand Philippines 2023 last July.
Definitely a dream come true, Queen expresses her sincere gratitude for the opportunity in a social media post. Stating that it was “The plot twist that I’ve been praying for.”
Queen’s appointment was made possible by Phassion Productions together with Harlijk Maharlika Mirasol. Additionally, Phassion will also be assisting her in preparation for the competition.
Queen will compete in one of the three versions of Miss Tourism World. Not to be confused with the other two which are situated in London and Malaysia.
